Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

All orders are final. Upon ordering, we aim to dispatch it promptly to your address. It may not be canceled after ordering during an active business day. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or modifications after placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Affirmative, we deliver to numerous countries globally. Costs and timelines for shipping abroad are computed during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. During high-order volume
periods, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days, so please allow
additional days in transit. In rare cases, if there’s a significant delay in
your shipment, we will contact you via email

Delivery times within the U.S. usually take 3-7 business
days.

Outside U.S. it would take 20-30 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for purchases within the US. International orders may incur extra shipping costs.

How to track my order?

Upon shipping, an email will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Utilize this number to monitor the status of your package via the shipping company's website (e.g., UPS, USPS) or universal tracking services like 17track.net.

What happens if the estimated delivery time passes and I still haven’t received my order?

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If your item arrives
damaged, please take a photo and email us the picture at
raymax.store.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will
arrange for a replacement.

Can I return my product for a refund?

We provide a 14-day return policy allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Contact us at raymax.store.us@gmail.com or through our Contact us page to initiate the return process.
Your refund will be automatically processed upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse. Feel free to reach out through the live chat system on the website's right-hand corner.
