RaymaxUS Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RaymaxUS purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order product quality, we offer a hassle-free refund and return policy.

Returns:

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For your convenience, we offer a hassle-free return process with prepaid shipping labels.
  • We gladly accept returns for items with quality issues or damages incurred during shipping.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing or a change of mind.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.  
  • Refunds are processed promptly upon receiving the returned item and verification of its condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email or live chat within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we might not able to issue you a return label on the product.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at raymax.store.us@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
