Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed. Orders are typically shipped within 4-9 business days. Express shipping is also an option for you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders within the United States.

International Delivery: Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination 
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as natural disasters, pandemics, or situations beyond our control. If there is a delay, we will keep you updated via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the shipping company’s website (such as UPS, USPS, etc.) or use universal tracking services like 17track.net.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For International Buyers
RaymaxUS is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, or if it is returned to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product but retain the shipping charges.

Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the photo at raymax.store.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item.
